Elsewhere, Vegeta and Nappa, the two Saiyans headed for Earth, take a short detour to attack Arlia, a planet populated by insect-people. The two let themselves be captured and are taken to the despotic King Moai's castle. In the dungeons they are imprisoned with the deposed prince, but are brought in front of the tyrant King and a mysterious female insect. There, Nappa single-handedly defeats their guards, as well as the monster kept as a last line of defense! |

As Gohan endures his survival training,
he becomes stronger — so much so that the meat-eating dinosaur
has had the tables turned, and is instead being eaten from the
tail up by Gohan.
After killing the king, Vegeta leaves
the castle in ruins, where the now-freed prince is reunited with
his bride. But Vegeta decides that the planet is worthless, and
destroys it with a single blast from orbit.
